Square neck black dress with sleeves that can be worn up or off the shoulder. New without tags. Never been worn. The front has pleating on the chest and the back has elastic for a comfortable yet sleek fit. The bottom hem has a ruffle to add some girly detail. I’m 5,2 and the dress comes mid-calf. Perfect length for shorter ladies.
