This is a black dress with a skirt that flows when you twirl. It is super comfortable and I have one in another size that I love. It has been tried on once for a couple seconds but other than that it is brand new. It also has five buttons in the front.

hcheng101 @ks__closet the length is 30 inches and the bust is 13 however it is a stretchy material so it can go quite a bit larger bust wise. Hope this helped!
