Black dress, small stretchy tiered

My daughter wore this last year for a witch costume and so it was only worn one time. The under arm two under arm is 17 inches and the length is about 30 inches. The waist is about 15 inches and has a little bit of give to itties in the back if you’d like to make it a little tighter
