Black dress with an interesting neckline

This dress has a nice synched waist, so can hug ya nicely. The neckline is a fun one— it has a higher collar, but shows off those shoulders. This would be easy to wear at the beach or to your favorite lunch spot. I’m 5’5” and It hits just above the knee.
