Black dress with delicate beaded collar 16W

Gently used Xscape brand dress in size 16W. A lovely dress for a formal occasion, cocktail party, cruise, or New Years Eve /NYE The body is slinky and has a subtle ribbed pattern. The collar is fine netting delicately beaded with black beads. The collar tests over the shoulders in a cap sleeve style. There's a zipper up the back and slightly moulded cups. Chest measured flat: 20.5 " Length shoulder to hem: 40.5 " Sleeve seem to hem: 3"
