Black dress with floral and stripes keyhole neck.

This dress is a Macy’s short peep hole short dress. There is a high peep hole on the front. I put my hand behind it in the middle picture. The back doesn’t have one. It flares out a little bit. The dress was only worn a few times. It’s black with the floral/ stripe in the middle.
