Black dress with gold polka dots

This beautiful dress from Bloomchic has never been worn. I purchased last winter and always thought I’d have an opportunity to wear it but never did. It is made of 100 percent polyester. There is slight gathering around the waist and the sleeves have elastic at the wrists. It is loose fitting and very flattering / it skims over your figure nicely. It is slightly see through but it came with a full black slip. I am 5’7 and this hit about mid calf on me.
