Black dress with lace detail and bow

This dress has lace detail on top, with pockets and pleat detail around the waist. For length, it goes to about above my knees and I am 5'. It is made with a sturdy knit. I have only worn this a few times. I don't wear things like this casually so it hasn't gotten a lot of use.
