Black dressy & flowy chiffon tank top

Black dressy & flowy chiffon tank top from Forever 21. The top is fully lined with a slightly sheer chiffon overlay that is pleated and flowy in the front, and split down the back (see pics). The shell of the top is made of 100% polyester and the lining of the top is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The collar has visible white notches on it, which is meant to look like visible stitching. Two clasps on the back neckline. In excellent condition! Perfect to wear to work or out with friends!
