Black dressy maxi dress 12P

my mom's had this hidden in the basement for years! I don't remember ever seeing her wear it but she probably did, once, washed it, and then forgot about it. gorgeous evening gown! it says Chelsea Niles, which I'm willing to bet means it was from dressbarn. it's a 12P. looks super thin but seems to be tts. can provide exact measurements. some of the beading seems to be missing if you look closely in the pics but nothing really noticeable. Smoke and pet free home.
