Very pretty bias cut with asymmetrical ruffled hem and rose adorned spaghetti straps. the bias cut makes it stretchy and flattering. It didn't have tags when I got it, but feels like silk outer and has a shiny black satin liner. I went through and mended all loose beads. Lavender beads adorn the top ruffles front and back.
