Black elbow sleeve dress with back tie detail

I loved this dress. It has AWESOME movement (don't twirl around too fast, half the local blues bar knows what kind of unners I wear now). Slinky, medium-weight fabric with elastic ruched waist. The back is cut to just above bra height and has a cute little tie detail. Sleeves are elbow length. Skirt hits just below the knee.
