Black cotton polyester blend embroidered skirt embellished with multicolored sequins all over front and along front bottom border. Back hidden zipper. Made by Hazel in size L. Measures about 26 inches long and waist is about 30-32 inches. Fabric is woven, so no stretch, but the skirt flares out and has a poly lining. Never worn, like new.
