Black express pant suit, I bought it for a conference but it was too long

Black top and pants, both connected. You can tie the top to any style and it cowls. Pants are a bit long, I’m 5 ft2 and tried to adjust them but couldn’t. I didn’t wear this at all except for changing room but it’s super cute
