Black (faux) Velvet Mini Dress, Women’s Large, Y2K

This is a Black (faux) Velvet Mini Dress. Short Sleeves, Unlined with medium thickness (so cannot see through). Brand: Impressions Workshop Paper tag, Y2K era but unfortunately, the tag is super faded (see photo) so not sure of material it’s made of or what size it is. I’m guessing it’s a medium to large but please see photos for measurements and compare to a dress that fits you well. Does have some stretch. Since this dress is used, some wear should be expected but it looks to be in very good used condition. No major flaws. Comes from smoke free/pet free home. 🌼Bundle from my closet & save🌼
