Black festival style Eagle sheer oversized drapey top

This is the perfect Lollapalooza/festival summer top! Perfect condition, worn only once! It’s very vintage inspired with the old eagle image. So drapey and fun! By a brand called Asis or As Is? (See pictures) Bought it at a boutique here in Chicago. Looks great with a pair of Lacey bell bottoms and a bandeau underneath or a pair of cutoff shorts and a spaghetti strap tank!
