Black, floor length, halter neck gown. Has black sequin design that goes up around the neck, cinches at the waist and falls down the center to the floor. Only worn once. The dreads is form fitting through the busy, waist and hips and hangs loosely past the mid thighs. Mermaid fit. No flaws.
