Black floral belted sun dress

This is a super cute ruffly number that I purchased at Rue 21. Only worn once, but the elastic at the top seems to be a little looser than I remember. With some double sided tape it shouldn't be a problem, or if you are more endowed. It is also pretty short. However, I am five foot two and it covered me up sufficiently. It would look great paired with an awesome leather jacket. I just never wear it and it needs some love.
