Black floral dress w/ waist tie & ruffle sleeves

Black floral dress with tie around waist and ruffle sleeves . Zipper enclosure on back. Can be worn showing a lot of cleavage or pinned (I pinned it the one time I wore it. I’m a teacher and other than that, the dress was perfect to wear to work. Could also wear a black cami or bralet under). Shoulder to hem is about 33 inches. Pit to pit is about 15 inches, but with plunge neck it could work for someone who is slightly bustier. Worn once 🌻 color may be slightly different than pictures 🌻 Accessories not included
