Black floral empire-waist dress w adjustable strap

Charlotte Russe beautiful black with pink, green and taupe floral pattern dress. Empire waist with lined cups so you could not wear a bra. Lace detailing on the back side of the adjustable straps. It does not have tags but it was never worn.
