Black floral lace shawl with fringe will fit S-XXL

I think I got it at forever21 I honestly can't remember. It's never been worn but shows a little wear just from hanging in the closet. will fit small to xxl it's open and free flowing. Awesome flowers embroidered all over and long swinging threads around the edges. From the neck to the bottom of the fringe is 36 inches long. It measures 38 inches flat pit to pit! Arm opening measures 8 1/2 inches flat. I seriously couldn't capture how pretty this thing is in pictures! Smoke free child free home.
