Black floral maxi skirt

This is so cute, just a little loose on me. Waist measurement= 16” flat across Length= 36” from waist to hem Material is rayon. Has back zipper and a little elastic in the back. Side slit on left side of skirt, not too high. Has a bit of a 90’s vibe. Fits like a large or maybe modern 10 or even 12 with the elastic. I’m a modern size 8, 5’10. See photos for reference.
