Black floral mini dress with pockets

3 quarter sleeve black floral mini dress with tie around waist. Has pockets on sides! H&M size 2. Dress is form fitting with stretchy, textured fabric. I am size 2/4 and it is slightly too small for me. Dress reaches to upper thigh. Rarely worn, no flaws
