anadina Hello, I looked up the tracking info and it says it says it was delivered on the 13th, usually everything is delivered to my office without fail and I have ordered many things and nothing has ever gone gone missing, I'm going to have the post office track the number down and see who signed for it, cause this item I have not received

mandiirae @anadina it was addressed to mrs. Posher because we fix not have the full name when we had sent it out so I addressed it as mrs and the website bought from I had noted that also when sending the tracking info

anadina Hello, just wanted to give you a update. I spoke to the guy who take care of the incoming deliveries and he said there was no additional package.....in my company things don't just get lost people return iPhones, Blackberries, even diamond earrings....they return to security and they send out a mass email...so it's very hard to believe someone would take this item....I also noticed that the item does not have a sold stamp....which I find pretty weird, but I'm sure there is a reason....

anadina I'm going to try to get my money back thru PayPal and see what they am do for me..because at this point I am frustrated.....I have order over 100 items from Posh and NOTHING has ever gone missing and I always receive what I order....I'm pretty upset right now....thank you for your business and please next time use the persons name you should never mail something without a persons name

anadina It was not delivered to me, why would I make a big deal of it, if I had it. And you also didn't out my name on it. When you mail something you are suppose to put the persons name on it, to obtain proper delivery. So as a result of you not putting my name on the item i did not revive it, so it is your fault. They always say you are suppose to write in anything you deliver the persons name and last name, how else do people know when something is for a particular person. If people went around doing this then people would never know who mail is what. I mean at the end of the day I have a good defense, you did not provide the package with a proper delivery information. Since this was your wrong doing you can send me another one with all the correct information, however of you can't fix this error then I will try my best yo get my money back. It's not like I did anything wrong.

anadina Ok sounds great, please be sure to place the full name. I will be tracking the package daily. The post woman comes at the exact time everyday, when she delivers the mail I will have the tracking information printed out. So the there is no confusion or miss understand or blaming anyone for taking the item. My full name and address is in the comment above I will wait for the tracking info. Please send me the tracking info so that I know exactly when the item was sent, and when it will be delivered.
