Black floral shein dress size L with a line skirt

Never been worn before. Black satin belt seems to be missing. Top part of the dress is stretchy fabric with high collar and short sleeves. Bottom part is a satin type fabric with pink flower print at the end. Dress is very elegant and flattering on all body types. Comes up to about knee length.
