Black floral v-neck dress

black floral dress v-neck top is a sheer with ladder detains - see photos bottom has a built in slip NON adjustable X strap across back the neck is very wide and loose, about 12" across flat shoulder seam to shoulder seam is about 16" elastic waist 12" flat waist to bottom of dress about 17" there are a few bleach spots, see photos, not very noticeable IMO but I'm visually impaired measurements are taken with a tape measure so they are rough, but as accurate as I can do
