It’s fully lined. It’s jet black. Not gray. Has an elastic waist with a zipper and tie at the waist.
Approx flat waist measurement is 14 inches, (prob 28”)
Has some stretch, so give and take 30-32 inches all around.
The length is between 35-36 inches
