Black formal a-line prom dress

Simple and elegant formal dress. Bodice is sparkly ruched tulle and features cross cross straps. Bottom is a-line and beautiful matte satin. Straps were shortened but not cut, so a quick snip of the stitches would let it back out. Size tag has been removed, but I believe this is a size 10. Measurements (laying flat) are: bust 16, smallest point of waist is 15, hips approx 21, length (from under arm) 48. Worn once!
