Black formal floor length dress

Size: 2 Floor length with a zipper detail down the back. Form fitting. Worn once. I bought it for $350. It has two little snags. I posted pictures of the snags. One is located under the arm pit area. The other is in the front bottom of the dress. I assume threads can be snipped off. I always consider reasonable offers.
