eurappeal Normally, a size 8 fits me just fine, sometimes it is too big. But since you are saying it says size 9/10 and runs small and the waist measure is about 26-27 I have my doubts it will fit. Could you provide additional measurements from the hip zone. I have a feeling this may be more of a size 6 or smaller. Thank you!

eurappeal @ar0919 Thank you so much for providing the hip measurements. The numbers are exactly what I feared: I won't be able to fit my >38-inch hips into this skirt. Perhaps there was no vanity sizing when this skirt was made. But in today's age, I would say this skirt is definitely smaller than a size 8.
