Black glitter chiffon cocktail Dress

Black glitter chiffon dress with sequin and beading detail at the neckline, bat-wing sleeves and elastic (shirred) waist. Very flattering and comfortable. Fully lined in torso and skirt. The top of the dress is more blousey and there is a little flow in the skirt. The fabric isn't very stretchy but is a little flexible. Worn once and near-perfect condition. No flaws that I have noticed. Will accept reasonable offers.
