There is no tag, but this is probably size Medium although it can definitely fit a small as well. Waist: 12 inch Bust: 14.5 inch Length (not including neck lace part): 23 inches (front is a little shorter than back) one of the ribbons is shorter than the other but you can cut the longer one to accommodate-- the little lace part is decorative anyway.
