Excellent condition from Chic Star size women’s plus 4X- tag says size 28. No stretch. Side zipper. See measurements below. I have included a video from when I sourced this showing for size and creativity referencing. I believe a seamstress or tailor could easily adjust this for many different styles. Make it a strapless dress, adjust to a smaller size. I am 5’4.5” for reference and approximately a size 4.
