Black half-circle skirt

97% cotton, 3% spandex half-circle skirt with 3" waist band, pockets, and four bottom closure. Manufacturer size is small, but it fits a 30" waist if worn at the waist. There is a small, hand stitched repair to the button closure that is not visible on the outside of the skirt.
