Black halo 1950s fascinator with veil

Popular halo or "crown" style fascinator meant to sit around the bouffant hair style. Like example photo. This veil is in need of repair as shown in photos it has a few tears. Otherwise its in good condition. This style features some cream colored flowers where one might pin the hat. Union made is a sign of quality. This is genuine vintage so obviously it will be in used condition. As Is. You may opt to have the vel repaired/replaced by your local millinery.
