eharris92392 I just made an offer- but it says "perfect condition" but it looks like it's unraveling at the straps..? If it is not in perfect condition please don't accept my offer because I will just have to return it under the clause that is doesn't match the description.

rubyrbp @eharris92392 I just checked the dress it is in perfect condition. I just wanted to give u a heads up- the i side of the dress has little markings (it is not from being used but from the paint from the hand painted design seeping through slightly.) It is not noticeable at all and will not feel itchy

eharris92392 Can you explain what the fraying is where the top meets the straps? That looks like it’s not in perfect condition. Just trying to know what’s going on there before I buy. Thank you.

rubyrbp @eharris92392 there was a bit but when I noticed it I had a seamstress fix it on Sunday. I attached another picture of what it looks like now. If you would like any additional photos or measurements let me know!
