Black handmade cape

This cape was hand made for my husband who is 6'-1". By handmade-not a professional seamstress but still pretty well constructed. It's very simple: no arm holes or neck clasp -just long ties to close at-neck. It has some weight to it so it's not flimsy; it has a lot of movement and flow to it. 100 polyester. I'm 5'-6-1/2" and with flats the length has some drag to it but with my witchy boots, it would be perfect. SMOKE FREE HOME
