Black hi low wrap dress

Black cap sleeve wrap dress with tie. Has a very flowy and flattering hi/low hem. The back of the dress is floor length, the front comes to my knees. I’m about 5’6’’ for reference. Size 16 from Showpo. This dress has plenty of stretch, heavy almost neoprene material. Absolutely stunning! I wore it once for a gala and that was it.
