Black high waisted belted circle skirt

Belted skirt with hidden button closures. This skirt is slightly higher in the front than the back. Not sure it could be classified as high low though. Material is soft. I’ve worth this either with a cropped shirt/sweater or a tucked in top. Looks cute either way. Skirt has hidden pockets. Western belt not included. Waist - 13” Back length - about 32” Front length - about 29”
