Black high/low sheer skirt

Black skirt, has a solid black stretch mini skirt underneath the sheer high/low overlay. Length of sheer overlay in back is approx 44 inches, waist when not stretched and laid flat is about 13 inches, but will stretch to about 18 inches. Size is XS, but if worn at natural waist it will easily fit someone who usually wears a small or medium.
