Black hi-low dress from express

Worn once, like new black high-low dress from express, size 0. Has cut outs on both sides, adjustable spaghetti straps that cross in the back and a zipper and clasp closure on the back. The zipper is supposed to go all the way up to the clasp but my chest is too big for the dress now. Would fit an a-c cup best. Back of skirt lands a few inches above the ground for me and I'm 5'6".
