Black hourglass faux wrap dress

Deep v neck dress with tie at waist (can be tied either in the front or back). Cute cap sleeves have a button tie closure. This is a pretty deep V, so usually necessary to wear a shell underneath. I’m 5’5” and this hits my upper calf.
