amydo999 N im not so sure about this cuz usually all my knee boots at home, the top part is around 8-9" only, n that fits me perfectly. If urs is 13" then this will be too big n too loose on me. Can u please wear it 4 me n show that top part front n back for me please. Thx very much for ur help.

amydo999 What i really need is the measurement in inches from left to righ of the shoe at the top part where the knee is. Ive measured my leg at my knee area, its 12 inches all around my whole knee. I dont know if ur 13" is all around the knee which means all around the top part of ur shoe?
