funkeedesign It can be both because it is elastic. I don't like anything at my WAIS. I like low waisted but see how it hugs a little, it can be at the waist. High waisted I never tried because as small as I am I hate that area on me

funkeedesign You look like every area on you is good!!!! The skirt really can be anything because it is an XS and has a wide waist that should be at the waist or high. I shouldn't have bought it, I thought I could wear it low and I guess u can because of the material. It was $275 so I was crazy to not totally love it on me
