Black lace and ruffles long sleeve dress

Short dress in lace with ruffles at front extending over shoulders to back. Stand-up collar, opening at back with concealed buttons at back of neck, and a concealed zipper down to skirt. Long sleeves with narrow, covered elastic at cuffs. Gathered seam at waist and flared skirt. Lined. when laid flat it measures approximately 19" armpit to armpit, waist 16.5", from shoulder to hem it measures 32"
