Black, lace, boot-leg pants, with lining. Long (can be worn w/ heels). Has belt loops for versatile looks; dressy. Not stretchy. Length is 42" (32" inseam), and the waist is approx. 31"/32". They're not high-rise... they're closer to the hips, so the measurement is higher (i.e., I normally wear a 27, and these fit me fine.). The legs fit tightly...there's NO stretch, so if you have thicker legs, it's hit-or-miss (less likely) they'll work for you.
