Black lace dress

I have had this dress for a few years and I always get a lot of compliments when I wear it. The waist is just too tight on me now. It’s black lace which is see-through on the 3/4 length sleeves and 2 inches on hem. It has a beige silk liner for the rest of the dress inside. I’ve had many people give a second look because they think I’m naked under the lace. The size is a two but it is cut small I think it fits like a petite too. There’s no stretch to the lace or the slip. There is a very slight discoloration on the bottom right hem by the seam. I included a picture with the details. It’s hardly noticeable when wearing.
