Black lace dress with a black slip

The arms on the lace dress are pretty tight fitting on me. The lace is a floral pattern. The slip can be worn with the dress. The back of the dress has a golden button and a little tear drop shaped opening on the top which can be buttoned or unbuttoned. I have worn this dress once to dinner in California.
