Black lace evening dress-fits more like an XS

I love this delicate lace evening dress. It was given to me as a gift but I was never able to wear it bc it didn’t fit me too well. The size is a small but I feel like it should be sized as an XS fitting someone that is a size 0, possibly a 2. The problem I had with it is I am a size 2 and a 36B and the chest sizing was too tight for me. So the person buying it would need to have a smaller chest size. This dress is brand new with no tags. I was told it was expensive so I am charging $65 for it.
