sbheil @lmtoth I don't have measurements. I've had it for years & I don't know the maker. The dress is at my parents house. I can see if my mom can look tonight if there is a designer on the tag but I don't think there is. I brought it at a Bridal shop in Sherman Texas. I'll try to find a picture of full length. It has a can-can under it. It doesn't hip hug.
